Agreement and eligibility These terms govern use of SaaSHunt, operated by the entity identified above. Accounts and financial features are for people aged 18 or older with authority to enter the relevant agreements. Provide accurate information and comply with applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted services. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Accounts and security Keep your account and sign-in methods secure and report suspected misuse promptly using the contact above. Optional authenticator-based two-factor authentication is available. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive identities, manipulate votes or reviews, scrape private information, introduce malicious code or interfere with the service. You are responsible for authorized activity under your account to the extent allowed by law.

Products, ownership and moderation You may submit a product without buying a Verified badge. You must own or be authorized to submit the product and its content, hold the necessary intellectual-property rights, and describe it accurately. You retain your content rights and grant SaaSHunt permission to host, display and distribute submitted material as needed to operate and promote the listing. We may review, reject, suspend or remove content or accounts for violations, abuse, legal obligations or material risk. Founders receive an in-app notification of product approval or rejection and can contact the operator to contest a decision.

Identity verification and Verified badges Campaign founders need approved ID and liveness checks and an active Verified badge. SaaSHunt accepts an approved Persona inquiry in either the configured sandbox or production mode; sandbox checks are simulations and must not be interpreted as proof of a real-world identity. The badge fee, currency and payment provider are shown before checkout. Paid requests remain subject to administrator approval. A badge is an account status indicator, not a promise of product quality, delivery, financial soundness or an endorsement. Fraud or loss of eligibility may result in revocation.

Campaigns and contributions Only the product’s eligible founder may submit a funding campaign, subject to review. Founders are responsible for lawful campaign claims, budgets, delivery plans, updates, perks, taxes and supporter communications. Campaigns use flexible funding: contributions are not conditional on achieving the goal. A contribution does not purchase equity, a regulated investment or a guaranteed return. Carefully review the campaign, deadlines and risks before contributing. Approval does not guarantee fulfillment or success.

Payments, fees and withdrawals Flutterwave processes payments. The checkout displays the applicable amount and currency. Platform fees configured for the campaign are deducted when funding ends; eligible founders may request the remaining balance after the deadline, subject to payout verification, disputes and manual processing. Do not use the platform for money laundering, prohibited goods or unlawful fundraising. Fees, exchange rates and payment-provider terms may apply as disclosed. No double payment is required for an already pending or approved badge request.

Cancellations, delivery and disputes Contact the founder about campaign delivery and perks, and the platform contact about payment errors, badge charges or complaints. Provide the payment reference without sharing card credentials. Refund or cancellation rights depend on the service supplied, applicable law and provider rules; these terms do not exclude statutory withdrawal, refund, chargeback or other consumer rights. We may hold or review payouts during unresolved disputes or suspected fraud. The operator must publish any additional commercial refund rules before applying them.

External links and embeddable badges Third-party product websites, verification and payment services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Founders may use the supplied SaaSHunt embed code to link accurately to their product or campaign. Do not alter the badge to imply unsupported endorsement or verification, mislead visitors, or misuse SaaSHunt branding. We may require removal of misleading or obsolete badges.

Availability, liability and termination We aim to operate reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-supplied claims. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, independent founder promises or third-party outages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections relating to fraud, intentional misconduct or consumer rights. You may stop using the service and request account closure; outstanding obligations, payments and lawful retention requirements may survive. We may restrict access where necessary and proportionate for a violation or legal obligation.

Changes, applicable law and contact We will publish dated revisions and provide additional notice where material changes or applicable law require it. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. The laws of Nigeria apply, subject to mandatory protections and competent courts available in your place of residence.
